Thank you for shopping with Oolong tea We’re committed to ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–3 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

After processing, standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times may vary slightly due to customs clearance or local postal delays. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel’s progress in real time.

Order Tracking

You can track your shipment anytime using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 days, please contact our support team and we’ll check it for you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for photos or videos to help resolve the matter quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, personal care or beauty products (for hygiene reasons), and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have questions about your specific case, please reach out before sending anything back.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service Center first for approval. The fastest way to receive the correct product is to return your original order once approved, then place a new order for the desired item. If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. Dr. Melaxin is not liable for unclaimed parcels.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.
